ground services e.g. full range of passenger services, flight operations and cargo supervision. Our 20 years experienced and

candidates to join our Professional team, for a position:

Records Archiving Officer


• Performs preparation of daily document scanning routine document e.g. job card, tech log, cabin log, aircraft work package
• Scan and sort aircraft records and proof the scan quality
• Keep and update record/ database of documents both soft and hard copies
• Upload the scanned electronic records to the server
• Entering of tech log cabin log, ground log pages, job cards into related IT systems and archiving of dirty finger prints
• Responsible for carrying out clerical tasks as instructed by the Superiors
• Provides assistance to the Maintenance Planner in performing daily production planning duties
• Take over special additional tasks as requested by the Superiors


• Male or Female
• Thai Nationality
• Up to 30 years of age
• Diploma/ University Degree (Aviation Industry or related filed is a plus)
• Good PC user know-how (MS Office)
• Fair communication skills in English
• Experienced candidates in documentation control or fresh graduates are welcome (entry level candidates)
• Attention to details
• Fast learner and able to work independently
