Lufthansa Services (Thailand) Ltd. a company of the Lufthansa Group, an aviation group with global operations covers the areas of
passenger transportation, airfreight and airline services. Currently we employed over 400 professionals providing airline ground
services e.g. full range of passenger services, flight operations and cargo supervision at Suvarnabhumi International Airport and
Bangkok Head Office. Our 20 years experienced and exceptional services result an increasing range of business and customers. We
would like to invite experienced candidates to join our professional team, for a position:

- Administrative Assistant – Employee Benefits-

•Male or Female / Thai Nationality
•University degree in related filed
•25 - 30 years of age
•Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Admin field (Airlines Industries would be advantages)
•Effective communication and good English skill
•Good PC-user with MS Office knowledge
•Eye on detail related to cost awareness
•Energetic, able to cope with multi tasks with frequent interruptions
•Work within the limited time constraints under minimal supervision
•Able to work at Suvarnabhumi International Airport


•Collect resumes and support appointment process
•Conduct staff orientation in cooperation with HR
•Collect staff finger prints
•Provide uniform
•Arrange social security fund, provident fund and health insurance registration
•Ensure airport pass application (including later renewal, replacement and cancellation)
•Update staff data in Eagle personnel system and related excel files

Staff Administration
•Act as the primary staff contact and service point, and answer employee questions
•Issue and distribute confirmation letters (e.g. letter to Civil Aviation), transfers, promotions, evaluations, employment
confirmations, testimonials etc.
•Forward relevant employee's documents to HR for the personnel file
•Update staff data in personnel system and time attendance system
•Coordinate health check-up program for staff
•Facilitate staff training and issue related documents i.e. contracts, certificates, stationery etc.
•Order (in cooperation with Procurement), provide and maintain uniforms and accessories, maintain all records and inventories
•Coordinate local student trainees, arrange their documents.
•Prepare, settle and clarify duty travel orders
•Handle reimbursement

•Ensure security and confidentiality of data (Data-safe), and maintain secure working environment/ access control (door lock,
office keys etc.)
•Backup HR-related issues when necessary
•Any other tasks as reasonably assigned by the Administration Manager
