• Acts as a contact with prospects, develops a professional relationship and understands the customer needs to suggest products
and/or services to meet the customers needs.
• Leads business development activities for prospects within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
• Identifies opportunities, negotiates with potential customers and builds and maintains customer relationships to win
• Contacts new customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
• Participates as the management team representative on prospective target accounts. Establishes personal long-term customer
relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
• Attends and presents at trade shows at times to increase the visibility of the organization.
• Works with customers to develop product specs for future projects.
• Designs and executes marketing and sales strategies, policies, and programs for company products.
• Prospects, develops, and expands business, responds to proposal requests from customers and develops proposals for
presentation to customers.
• Minimum 5 years related work experience, preferably in aerospace MRO industry, of which at least 3 years are in a Sales &
Business Development capacity.
• Proven track record in strategy development, sales execution, and direct account management.
• Hands-on individual with the ability to see the big picture with high business ethic, business acumen as well as business
• Well-developed problem-solving skills; solid organizational skills; and the demonstrated ability to be self-directed and
effectively relate to all levels of an organization
• Fluent English and computer literacy.
