JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance on Airbus A320 systems (Airframe, Powerplant, Avionics).
- Carry out routine task (such as Task card, Inspection card and Engineering order).
- Support Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAE) in maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Supervise and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of safety and quality within the team.
- Collaborate with engineering and operation teams to improve maintenance practices.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma certificate from aviation institute or bachelor degree in aircraft maintenance or related field.
- Having at least 5 years of maintenance experience with Airbus A320 family.
- Valid CAAT license or National AMEL B1 or B2 license.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and maintenance standards.
- Ability to lead maintenance projects and manage priorities.
- Good communication in Thai and English.
PREFERRED:
- Expertise in Airbus A320 hydraulic, Electrical, and Fuel System.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and electronic logbooks.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tracking software and technical documentation (such as AMM, TSM, IPC, CMM).
- Proficient in utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repair in AirbusWorld Software.
- Leadership or Supervisory role experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to complex technical issues.

- Working at Suvarnabhumi international airport.
