Working Location : Songkhla Base
Main responsibility is to provide the administration and management of Compliance Monitoring policies and the implementation of
Compliance Monitoring System coordination with Engineering, Flight Operations and Safety Department
1. To assist the CMM in preparation of the Audit Plan.
2. To carry out audits in accordance with the Audit Plan.
3. To produce audit reports for the CMM.
4. To consult and liaise with the relevant Aviation Authorities on matters
pertaining to airworthiness.
5. To maintain an independence compliance monitoring system that monitors
the compliance with CAAT requirements and it
is not limited to manufacturer requirement / recommendation and good civil
aviation industry standards practices.
6. To establish and maintain a system of assessing and granting of company’s
approval to appropriately.
7. To coordinate aircraft accident / incident investigation in accordance with
Service Difficulty Report (SDR) procedure and
formulate preventive measures and furnish such reports to the CAAT and
management.
8. To maintain a system of surveillance, sampling and random checks to
effectively ensure that all activities pertaining to the
maintenance of aircraft, engines, components and associated equipment
are accomplished in accordance with CAAT and
manufacturer requirement / recommendation and good civil aviation industry
standards practices.
9. To ensure that all certificates, approval and licenses required for the
continuous operation of the company are current and
renewed accordingly
10. To monitor a record of all certifying staffs.
11. To monitoring the engineering systems and procedures such that they
comply and updated to the current regulatory
requirements and organization changes, including administer the control of
all Engineering Airworthiness forms and
approval of shop worksheet.
12. Ensuring that all continuing airworthiness documentation is used properly
and accordingly.
13. To coordinate scheduled maintenance, the application or airworthiness
directive, the replacement of service life limited
parts and component inspection to ensure the work is carried out properly.
14. Ensuring that the mass and balance statement reflects the current status of
the aircraft.
15. Follow company internal and external controlled documents (policy,
manual, procedure, work instruction) which refer from
customer contract, aviation laws and regulation and ISO-IMS standards.
Education
Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent professional certificate such as FAA, EASA or CAAT Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License
(AMEL)
Experience
1.5 years in Aviation Maintenance and 3 years in Helicopter Offshore line and heavy maintenance of relevant works
Helicopter AW139 on type is preferred
Valid AME license issued by CAAT
Others
Demonstrate excellence interpersonal and competency in both oral and written communication skill
Good Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Be Familiar with Regulation requirement (CAAT) and Quality Standard (IOGP, ISO)
