Step into a pivotal role as a Work Planner, where your analytical skills will drive data-informed decisions within our Work
Planning department. You will be part of our Wheels and Brakes Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facility, playing a key role
in production planning.

The Opportunity:

Based at TP Aerospace Thailand Co. Ltd, you will report directly to the Workshop Manager and oversee the daily operations of the
Work Planning department.


Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinating Repair Orders with multiple customers/stakeholders.

· Collaborate with the Workshop Manager to plan and prioritize operations workflow for optimal performance and minimum delay.

· Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure availability of component spaces and tires.

· Monitor work orders to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

· Proactively address issues to minimum disruption.

· Track output metrics (e.g., finished products, defect rates, etc.).

· Prepare and submit performance reports; maintain organized documentation.

· Partner with quality control, warehouse and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Take on additional tasks as needed to support TP Aerospace Thailand and the Group of companies.


We are seeking a team member that can identify with the description below.

· Min. Diploma in Engineering or Material Science or equivalent.

· Aviation industry experience (preferred).

· Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.

· Proficiency in company’s IT systems, including MS Excel, Quantum Control.

· Independent and excellent interpersonal skills.

· High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

· Ability to prioritize, organize and plan tasks.

· Service minded attitude and problem-solving mindset.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
