WORKSHOP MANAGER

Responsibilities:



•Plan and manage the maintenance and servicing of the tools and equipment, ensuring all workshop machineries comply with all
statutory regulations.
•Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks such as overhaul, disassembling, assembling, cleaning, repair, & testing of
Components.
•Familiar with CMM and any other related documentation.
•Familiar with test benches & special tools related to his/her work – Ensure tool availability/calibration & tool checklists
are filled and up-to-date at all times.
•Ensure tight control of workshop overheads and operational maintenance costs for both internal and external maintenance
spending.
•Other duties which fit within the scope of this position, and as directed by Accountable Manager.

Requirements:

•Bachelor level education in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
•Good English language skills (written and spoken) with Aircraft Engineering background
•5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate
position.
•Leadership/Team Building
•Good computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel…).
