motivated and experienced Workshop Manager to lead and drive operation excellence in our growing Thailand MRO plant, one of the
MRO facility in the APAC region.

Reporting to the Regional COO – APAC, you will play an important role in the TP Aerospace Group in leading the Thailand MRO
facility – one of APAC’s Aircraft Wheels & Brakes maintenance operation and executing the growth plan towards meeting the
company’s goals & objectives.
Duties & Responsibility
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Lead the overall maintenance operation of the Thailand’s Aircraft Wheels and Brakes Maintenance Repair Organization (MRO),
with strong acumen in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People (SQDCP) metrics, and well grounded to the day-to-day operation thru
frequent Gemba Walk.
• Lead the organization's Safety & Quality culture. Being a role model in adhering to high Safety & Quality standard/protocol;
Ensure the procedures and standards are complied with regulatory expositions and standards when carrying out maintenance.
• Lead day to day MRO Delivery with Lean/Continuous Improvement mindset and ensure Delivery targets are met. Manage part
materials & suppliers/contractors to ensure on-time delivery. Execute actions to ensure Cost metrics are met.
• Lead as People Leader of the entire Aircraft Wheels and Brakes maintenance team, ensure team capacity & competence level, and
foster growth & development of maintenance personnel.
• Problem-solve issues to ensure operation stability.
• In collaboration with the Quality and Safety Manager, establish initial & recurrent training program for maintenance team by
leveraging Internal and External sources, Maintenance Instructions, Quality and Safety Bulletins, On-the-Job Instructions.
• In collaboration with Regional COO & Copenhagen HQ team, plan & strategize operation’s hard & soft capacity, and execute MRO
delivery aligned with delivery growth targets.
• Conduct exam/testing as necessary. Maintain maintenance and training records of all maintenance personnel.
A successful candidate will have:
• Relevant operation experience in Part-145, with strong acumen in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People (SQDCP) metrics. Lean
experience/expertise preferred.
• Growth / problem-solving mindset and a strong team player.
• Have held a leadership position for three or more years in Part 145 maintenance / repair organization.
• Have aeronautical product maintenance experience of more than two years showing competency to hold the responsible manager
position.
• Have qualifications from a higher level of education authority or global equivalent.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are a local Thai nation.

This position reports to the Regional COO, APAC.
