Position: Senior Aircraft Technician (1 Positions)
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance on Airbus A320 systems (Airframe, Powerplant, Avionics).
• Carry out routine tasks (such as Task cards, Inspection cards, and Engineering orders).
• Support Licensed Aircraft Engineers (LAE) in maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of safety and quality within the team.
• Collaborate with engineering and operation teams to improve maintenance practices.
Qualifications:
• Diploma certificate from an aviation institute or bachelor’s degree in aircraft maintenance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience with the Airbus A320 family.
• Valid CAAT license or National AMEL B1 or B2 license.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and maintenance standards.
• Ability to lead maintenance projects and manage priorities.
• Good communication in Thai and English.
Preferred:
• Expertise in Airbus A320 Hydraulic, Electrical, and Fuel Systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems and electronic logbooks.
• Proficiency in using maintenance tracking software and technical documentation (e.g., AMM, TSM, IPC, CMM).
• Experience using diagnostic tools and AirbusWorld Software for troubleshooting and repair.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Working location: Suvarnabhumi International Airport (BKK)
• Work on a shift basis
