Overhaul (MRO) facility and are responsible for ensuring the products are airworthiness.
General Description for TP Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

You will be station in TP Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which is the subsidiary of TP Aerospace Technics Pte., Ltd. (Singapore).
TP Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd. so call TPA BKK, is a Part 145 facilities holding a CAAT Certificate of Approval under TCAR 8
Part 145 ratings CLASS C (C 14).


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SHOP MECHANIC

Your tasks will revolve around the daily operations in strict accordance with the company’s high-quality standards. This
includes:

- Working to company policies and procedures, Work Instructions, Component Maintenance Manuals, Standard Practice Manuals, TPA
Standard Operating Procedures and Aviation Regulatory Expositions
- Processing and completion of production paperwork for parts control
- Disassembly of aircraft wheels and tire removal
- Cleaning of aircraft wheels and hardware (bearings and small parts)
- Removing paint from wheels assembly by utilizing recommended machineries and methods
- General Inspection of wheels and hardware (bearing and small parts)/inspection
- Assembly of wheel hubs and tire fitment on final build assemblies
- Carryout other tasks when required in the workshop.


YOUR PROFILE

- Diploma in Engineering or Material Science or equivalent.
- At least 21 years old.
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in the aviation industry. (MRO job will be advantage).
- Be able to read, write, communicate, and understanding in English.
- Demonstrate understanding of the safety management principles, and human factors.
- Demonstrate understanding of the general technical process (e.g. disassembly, cleaning, and blasting function etc.) for the
aircraft wheel assembly in accordance with OEM Technical data.
- Painting Skill is highly advantage.
- Self-motivated and starter.
- Basic knowledge of PC skills.
- Safety and Quality awareness.
- Strong work ethic.
- Adaptable to constant change.
- Excellent team partner.
- Strong problem solver.
