สายการบิน K-Mile Air รับสมัคร Engineering Training Officer

Responsibilities:

- Report to the ETM according to maximize the utilization of engineering staff based on the ETM assignment
- Assists the ETM in overseeing the overall training and development initiatives for employees including meeting minimum training
requirements for new and existing staff, recording annual training needs, sourcing of providers, scheduling regular training
events and compiling and evaluating feedback.
- Provides administration and coordination support regarding training program set up, logistics, venue, refreshments, and
training materials and liaises with relevant parties when external training is required.
- Prepares and organize the training required for internal and external training organization as per descriptive details of
engineering training policy.
- Coordinates the Company Training Programmer for all engineering staff and liaises with the instructors, Professional Learning
in relation to Basic and Recurrent training which be conducted in Joint Training with other Division in the meantime.
- Performs any other duty as may be required and agreed with the ETM To maintain in a secure location complete up to date records
of all engineering training results on both individual hard files and backup file in spreadsheet, and also update into LEON as
currently sufficient tool of tracking record to the entire company.

Qualifications and Experience:

- College degree/ Bachelor's degree or in aviation field ,on any subjects preferred.
- To be used to experience with Training field is specially considered.
- Have a good computer skill and English skill for speaking a writing.
