Bhutan Airlines เปิดรับสมัคร Planning and Technical Service Manager 1 position

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure that aircraft Maintenance is performed in accordance with the approved maintenance program and instructions from
aircraft/component/equipment manufacturer;
- Ensure that aircraft maintenance is in all cases performed by approved Part 145 organization in a timely manner;
- Procedures short, mid and long-term maintenance forecast for the aircraft fleet, engines, components and associated equipment
and ensure that maintenance are carried in a timely manner;
- Coordinate with Maintenance Manager for maintenance ground time, ferry and other requirements;
- Conduct work scopes, prepare work packages, determine resource requirements and pre-loads for line and hangar maintenance;
- Ensure Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and other airworthiness requirements that affect the company's aircraft are
scheduled in a timely manner;
- Coordinate with contract maintenance facilities to prepare maintenance checks and work input;
- Participate in the preparation for acceptance of new or leased aircraft and for the return of leased aircraft expeditiously per
lease agreement obligations;
- Ensure adequate corrective action from quality audits;
- Maintain and manage the Technical Publication Section and Library with a system of control, authorization, reference, safe
keeping and revision of Technical Publications, Manuals, Drawings, Charts, Engineering Orders, Technical Instructions, Engineering
Forms and other technical documents to meet Aviation Authority requirements;
- Implement and maintain a reliability program, engine condition monitoring, evaluate and recommend improvements to support the
maintenance of aircraft with regard to time intervals and limits escalation;
- Monitor and schedule Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins and other airworthiness requirements for implementation on
company's aircraft and components;
- Develop and update the off-wing aircraft and engine maintenance program for the aircraft, engines and components maintenance
program;
- Participate in the specification study and evaluation of new or leased aircraft;
- Identify training needs and provide training for subordinates with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable performance of
their duties effectively and efficiently;
- Coordinate modification to aircraft and aircraft system.

Skill and Qualifications:

- University degree in aviation;
- Knowledge of EASA regulations (or CAAT regulations), Part-M and Part-145;
- Knowledge of Airbus A320 family aircraft at least at general familiarization level;
- Languages: Fluent English is essential, other languages are considered an advantage;
- Good communication and team working skills;
- Organized person and possess the ability to control and schedule aircraft maintenance planning.

Experience:

- Five+ years airline or MRO industry experience in maintenance or continuing airworthiness;
- Ability to work in an English language environment;
- Managerial experience as an advantage, with the ability to train and motivate a team.
