K-Mile Air Open for Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE B737-400/800)

- License Aircraft Engineer personnel are responsible, within the scope of their qualifications, for the correct implementation,
documentation and certification of work allocated to them in conformity with the applicable working documents. This responsibility
also includes documentation and rectification of any defect that are identified. Defects that cannot be rectified at the place of
occurrence can be deferred in consultation with the commander of the aircraft in accordance with the approved Minimum Equipment
List (MEL) applicable to the specific aircraft type. These shall be properly documented and controlled in accordance with the
approved MEL Repair category. And track repetitive defects and resolve them in consultation with Maintenance Control Centre (MCC)
of K-Mile Air.

- Any work required to be carried out on site by an engine / aircraft manufacturer or approved repair facility working team shall
be coordinated by Unit Head – Line Maintenance. K-Mile authorized personnel shall be present to oversee such activity and K-Mile
Certifying Staff shall issue a CRS based on certification of the work by the working team.

- K-Mile aircraft shall carry on board a Technical Log Book that shall be used by the flight crew and certifying engineering
personnel to record in-service defects observed during flight, pre-flight, transit and stay-over inspections. The Technical Log
Book shall be of a form acceptable to the aviation authority.

- Refueling and De-fueling of each aircraft shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable aircraft maintenance manual
under the supervision of approved personnel. The safety precautions to be observed by the approved personnel.

- Engine Ground Run for each aircraft type shall be carried out in accordance with the procedures detailed in the applicable
maintenance manual by authorized personnel. He shall ensure the safety of the aircraft and personnel and be familiar with the
emergency procedures. For full power run there shall be an additional person on board to assist in the run.

- Aircraft Pressure Run may be carried out by authorized personnel to assess serviceability of the aircraft pressurization system.
Such pressure run shall be performed in accordance with the aircraft maintenance manual. Physical fitness of the person is
essential and continuous communication through a head set shall be established throughout the run. Only necessary persons
associated with the run shall be on board and an appropriately qualified person shall be in the cockpit to monitor the gauges.

- Towing / Push back of the aircraft is contracted to approved service provider/ground handler. Appropriately qualified persons
shall be assigned to tow/push back the aircraft. Maintenance Manual guidelines shall be followed in this regard.
