you will be responsible for ensuring the products are airworthy.
General Description for TP Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
You will be stationed at TP Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of TP Aerospace Technics Pte., Ltd. (Singapore). TP
Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd., also known as TPA BKK, is a Part 145 facility holding the CAAT and EASA Approval.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SHOP MECHANIC
Your tasks will revolve around daily operations in strict accordance with the company’s high-quality standards. This includes:
• Working to company policies and procedures, Work Instructions, Component Maintenance Manuals, Standard Practice Manuals, TPA
Standard Operating Procedures, and Aviation Regulatory Expositions
• Processing and completion of production paperwork for parts control
• Disassembly of aircraft wheels and tire removal
• Cleaning of aircraft wheels and hardware (bearings and small parts)
• Removing paint from wheel assemblies by utilizing recommended machinery and methods
• General inspection of wheels and hardware (bearing and small parts)/inspection
• Assembly of wheel hubs and tire fitment on final build assemblies
• Carrying out other tasks when required in the workshop
YOUR PROFILE
• Diploma in Engineering or Material Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 21 years old
• Minimum 1 year experience in the aviation industry (MRO job will be an advantage)
• Proficient in reading, writing, communicating, and understanding English
• Demonstrated understanding of safety management principles and human factors
• Demonstrated understanding of the general technical process (e.g., disassembly, cleaning, and blasting function, etc.) for the
aircraft wheel assembly in accordance with OEM Technical data
• Painting skills are highly advantageous
• Self-motivated and a self-starter
• Basic knowledge of PC skills
• Safety and Quality awareness
• Strong work ethic
• Adaptable to constant change
