Overhaul (MRO) facility and are responsible for ensuring the products are airworthiness.


GENERAL DESCRIPTION FOR TP AEROSPACE (THAILAND) CO., LTD.

You will be station in TP Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which is the subsidiary of TP Aerospace Technics Pte., Ltd.
(Singapore).
TP Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd. so call TPA BKK, is a Part 145 facilities holding a CAAT Certificate of Approval under TCAR 8
Part 145 ratings CLASS C (C 14).


GENERAL DESCRIPTION FOR TP AEROSPACE (THAILAND) CO., LTD.

You will be station in TP Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd., which is the subsidiary of TP Aerospace Technics Pte., Ltd. (Singapore).
TP Aerospace (Thailand) Co., Ltd. so call TPA BKK, is a Part 145 facilities holding a CAAT Certificate of Approval under TCAR 8
Part 145 ratings CLASS C (C 14).
You will be part of the family of Wheels and Brakes Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) facility and are responsible to ensure the
products are airworthiness.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES FOR COMPLIANCE MONITORING MANAGER (QUALITY AND SAFETY MANAGER)

• Establish and control an independent Compliance Monitoring system to ensure compliance system of TCAR 8 PART 145 organization
adheres to CAAT Requirements.
• Implement an independent quality audit program at regular intervals for each type of component maintained, ensuring any
observed non-compliances or poor standards are brought to the attention.
• Follow up on and close any-non-conformances.
• Conduct regular meetings such as the Management Review Meeting, Safety Review Board, and Safety Action Group Meeting.
• Monitor and amend of Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE), Safety Management Manual (SMM), Training Program Manual (TPM)
and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure their adequacy concerning the TCAR 8 Part 145 and any regulatory amendments.
• Monitor updates of the Airworthiness Directive (AD) and the relevant regulations from the applicable authorities (CAAT, EASA,
FAA, etc.).
• Monitor updates of the maintenance manual from OEMs such as Component Maintenance Manual (CMM), Service Bulletin, etc.
• Defines the human factors principles to be implemented within the organization.
• Assess vendors to ensure satisfactory product quality
• Issue, renew, or cancel of TCAR 8 Part 145 personnel authorization certificates in accordance with the terms of the
authorization.
• Coordinate actions on airworthiness occurrences, initiating any necessary further investigations, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct investigations of internal safety events.
• Establishing feedback mechanisms from maintenance incidents/issues and integrate these into the continuation training
programme.
• Conduct and maintain training needs for internal and external staff.
• Manage the SMS implementation plan of behalf of the Accountable Manager.
• Monitor the Company’s Safety Objectives and Safety Performance Indicators (SPI).
• Performing and facilitating of hazard identification and safety risk analysis.
• Maintains the storage of quality and safety-related documentation and personnel records.


YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 2 years in the aeronautical industry in an appropriate
position.
• A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification, or an additional 5 years of relevant work
experience.
• Demonstrate experience of the Auditor Qualification with several years direct auditing experience in aviation industries.


REQUIREMENT & SKILLS

• Possess an Auditor Qualification (such as ISO9001:2015, etc.) from the recognized training institute (such as BSi, ITC,
etc.).
• Holding or having previously held a nominated personnel position is advantageous.
• Possess a Train-the-Trainer Certificate is advantageous.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the TCAR 8 Part 145 regulations.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the safety management principles, and human factors.
• Strong risk assessment skills.
• Proficient in communicating and understanding English.
• Possess knowledge of PC skills, including the Microsoft Office package.
• Strong problem-solving skill.
